Oklo Secures Key DOE Safety Approval for Groves Reactor, Targeting July 2026 Criticality
Advanced fission developer Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO) has achieved a landmark regulatory milestone under the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Reactor Pilot Program (RPP). On July 1, 2026, the DOE formally approved the Documented Safety Analysis (DSA) for Oklo Isotopes’ Groves Isotope Test Reactor in Lockhart, Texas.
