The partnership supports Oklo's plans to build a massive 1.2 GW "power campus" in Pike County, Ohio, to supply clean, reliable energy to Meta's regional data centers, including its New Albany AI supercluster.

The deal addresses the primary financial barrier to advanced nuclear development—high upfront capital expenditure—by establishing a mechanism for Meta to prepay for power and provide direct funding to advance project certainty12.
