DC’s favorite outdoor summer concert series, Jazz in the Garden, returns on Friday evenings. This season’s theme, “American Sounds,” is a nod to the nation’s 250th anniversary.
Featured Artist: Eric Byrd Trio.
How to attend: Tickets are free but required. Due to high popularity, tickets are distributed via an online lottery that opens the week before each event (Monday at 10:00 a.m. to Friday at noon). A limited number of walk-in passes are available at the gates starting at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the concert. Good for all ages (passes required for ages 2 and up).
