Join us for the summer’s final week of Storytimes before Art School’s program break in September. Discover one of the “mothers of modern dance,” Isadora Duncan (1877–1927), whose free-spirited performances and choreography broke from the rigidity of traditional ballet. We’ll decorate our own costumes and dance in front of Abraham Walkowitz’s watercolor Isadora Duncan (n.d.) on view in Revolutions.

Storytime Studio is a captivating blend of play, educator-led read-alouds, and art exploration designed for kids from birth to age 6 and their caregivers. Free, drop-in (first-come, first-served). Participation is limited to one hour. Stroller parking is available in the Hirshhorn Lobby and on the Lower Level.
