Dress in your favorite Halloween costume and join a slow 4-mile bike ride along some of the spookiest blocks on Capitol Hill, starting at Lincoln Park (by the Lincoln Statue). The ride ends at Eastern Market Metro Plaza for an afterparty featuring live music from the Knox Engler Band, a costume contest with awesome prizes, and spooky fun. Volunteers and MPD bike team officers will marshal the ride to ensure safety. Free bike maintenance help is available starting at 3:15 PM. Free registration is requested on Eventbrite.
