The DC Family Bike Fest brings together all kids on bikes, families on bikes, and bike-curious folks for DC's biggest celebration of family bicycling! Organized by the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA), this event is a fantastic way to connect with the local biking community.
The festival features:
- Group rides of all ages and abilities
- A fun Kids' Bike Parade
- Free basic bike tune-ups and safety checks
- Demos from local bike shops (cargo bikes, kids' bikes, trailer attachments)
- Interactive games, crafts, food trucks, and community organization booths
