Avoid the massive crowds on Independence Day by attending the full dress rehearsal of 'A Capitol Fourth' on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. This is a beloved local tradition where you can see the star-studded concert and musical performances in their entirety a day early. Gates open in the afternoon, and the rehearsal begins at 8:00 PM. Free admission, open to the public.
