Celebrate America's 250th birthday with the premier Independence Day celebration in the nation! Broadcast live on PBS, the star-studded 'A Capitol Fourth' concert on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol features top musical acts, the National Symphony Orchestra, and a spectacular fireworks finale over the National Mall. Gates open in the afternoon, and the concert begins at 8:00 PM. Free admission, open to the public.
